I'm a qualified personal insolvency practitioner with over 16 years' experience in executing large and complex asset recovery and insolvency assignments. These projects typically involve multiple appointments across a variety of jurisdictions to unwind structures and maximise recoveries for people who have suffered a financial loss.
I focus on assisting private clients where the underlying disputes are in relation to deceased estates, divorce, trust, and shareholder disagreements. I work collaboratively with legal teams, trustees, and other private client advisers to find innovative solutions to protect, secure and, if required, recover assets using both insolvency and other civil legislation.
I spent two years working in the British Virgin Islands, leading on several high-profile and cross-jurisdictional appointments. I also have significant experience working closely with solicitors to create legal claims to enforce judgments that achieve the best results for clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and keeping active, including regularly going to the gym.
