I'm a qualified personal insolvency practitioner with over 16 years experience in executing large and complex asset recovery and insolvency assignments. These assignments typically involve multiple appointments across a variety of jurisdictions, unwinding large and complex structures and significant litigation.
I have a particular focus on assisting private clients with complex asset recovery assignments having spent over two years working in the British Virgin Islands, leading on several high profile and cross jurisdictional appointments to implement strategies to maximise recoveries in relation to private client disputes.
I'm supported by corporate intelligence, forensic and valuation experts when instructed to identify and recover assets, including offshore trusts and corporate structures, with the goal of working seamlessly to achieve the best results for clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and keeping active, including regularly going to the gym.
