Nigel Mattinson

I have over 20 years' experience delivering due diligence and advise to UK and international clients making acquisitions, disposals, undertaking mergers and refinancing.

My clients include: private equity houses, privately held and listed corporates / funds, family offices, banks / institutional investors investing across a range of sectors but in particular real estate and infrastructure operating businesses, construction companies, contractors and consultancies.

I enjoy learning about my clients’ businesses and helping them realise their objectives and ambitions. 

Although every project is different, I draw on experience and skills, developed over many transactions to identify issues that affect value, communicate clearly and provide pragmatically advice and support.

When I’m not at work I spent time with my young family and, catching up with family and friends and when time allows watching rugby.
