David Mountjoy

Financial models are at the heart of most business decisions. I lead our financial modelling team which focuses on developing models for transactions and fundraising, strategic planning, restructuring and insolvency, and funds and valuations.

My experience covers a wide range of sectors, with particular specialisms in business support services, consumer markets, and technology. I have a track record of leading projects that deliver high-quality models providing insight to management teams and potential investors.

A bad financial model can be a real barrier to a smooth transaction or forecasting process. I’m passionate about ensuring that our models are user-friendly and easy to understand, to make sure that our clients’ time and attention can be focused on their priorities. 

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and visiting new places and am a big fan of motorsport and pub quizzes.
