You will work as a part of the Advisory team to provide efficient and reliable administrative support, assisting the teams in the end-to-end client onboarding process. Here are some things you can expect from this Client Onboarding Assistant role.

A look into the role


As Client Onboarding Assistant within our Advisory practice, you will:

  • You will take overall responsibility for the Client Onboarding journey for the Advisory team, from client acceptance and take on, through to completion and knowledge capture stage
  • Start new client acceptance and take on procedures for services within Advisory practice
  • Liaise with overseas and UK teams to clear conflicts
  • Assist with completion of independence requirements and documentation

Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as a Client Onboarding Assistant it would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

  • Experience of Microsoft tools e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge of a regulatory environment
  • Familiarity with Appian would be an advantage
  • Worked in a role managing internal/external stakeholders expectations
  • Knowledge of financial services would help but is not essential
  • Good communication skills and demonstrating an ability to build relationships with a variety of people
