Established in 1971, by the father of current Managing Director, Martin Mills, The Dental Directory Ltd has grown steadily to become one of the largest suppliers of dental products and services in the UK.
With nearly 300 employees across four UK sites, the business supplies dental consumables, equipment and hand piece repairs to dentists through a multi-channel offering encompassing field sales, a call centre, online presence and mail order capability.
The new partner for the business, Integrated Dental Holdings Limited, is one of Europe's largest corporate dental practices, operating over 600 dental surgeries in the UK.
The deal delivers significant synergies to Integrated Dental Holding's current procurement operations, and gives The Dental Directory a market leading platform from which it can continue to grow and diversify its activities. The business will remain an independent company, led operationally by the same management team and from its existing location in Essex.
