We previously acted as buyside advisor to LDC on their MBO of TES Supply, separating from TES to form The Edwin Group. Having recognised the value we added as buyside advisors, alongside our extensive experience across the sector, LDC together with management shareholders appointed us to lead on the sale of The Edwin Group.

We worked closely with management through a detailed preparatory phase to ensure the business was expertly positioned and prepared for a sales process. We delivered a hands-on approach throughout the transaction, including undertaking and managing both vendor commercial and financial due diligence.

Our intimate knowledge of the sector and global connections allowed us to run an extensive and international private equity process.

After careful consideration of multiple offers, the shareholders completed a deal with US based Education specialist investor Quad Partners, unlocking a new chapter of opportunity and growth for Edwin.
