Carrs Foods is a market leading international branded bakery business, supplying brioche and other bakery products across the world via its three brands: St Pierre; Baker Street; and Paul Hollywood.
First established in 1986 as part of Harry’s, a large European bakery group, Carrs led the way in bringing products like crepes and brioche into the UK for the first time. Following a Management Buyout in 2004, the business has built strong partnerships with the major supermarkets and convenience customers in the UK and, more recently, Walmart and Kroger in the US.
Carrs Foods has grown rapidly over recent year, partly due to its success in exporting products to the US. Revenues now exceed £65m, with significant growth forecast over the coming year.
