I'm a Corporate Finance M&A Partner in our London team, working closely with owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, and large corporates on achieving their ambitions, primarily through transactions and strategic advice.

I have over thirteen years’ experience in M&A transactions: primarily disposals, acquisitions, strategic planning, and fundraising projects.

My focus within corporate finance is on the business support services sector, with a sub-sector specialism in skills and training. This encompasses the full breadth of ‘people’ businesses: skills, employability, training, consultancy, and recruitment industries. I'm lucky to play such a rewarding role in helping shareholders realise value through both trade and private equity M&A transactions.

Outside of work I'm passionate about interior design and am studying towards a diploma on the subject to further my understanding about creating fabulous living spaces!
