Toby Hare

Having supported our Strategic Leadership Team and lead Grant Thornton’s own transaction with Cinven and latterly been Head of Corporate Development for a year post transaction, I’m now back to support other professional services clients, sitting within our financial and professional services M&A team within our national corporate finance advisory practice.  

With over 10 years corporate finance experience, I enjoy that every transaction is different with a range of aims and objective. Having worked on a variety of projects for owners and shareholders to fulfil their strategic goals in selling their businesses, receiving institutional investment or growth inorganically via acquisition, my focus is on regulated professional services including both accounting and legal services, specialist consultancies and LLP’s. 

Outside of work I love spending time with my two daughters who keep me very busy, cooking and travelling.
