I am a recently appointed member of the firm’s leadership team. I have extensive experience of advising large organisations on the improvement of governance frameworks and organisational/business model design, optimisation of debt and capital structures and implementation of change programmes and turnaround plans.
I am involved in our enterprise team which is responsible for identifying and integrating the firm's investments and the roll-out of shared enterprise which focuses on developing a culture which does its best thinking together through collaboration, innovation and shares its rewards. I am also part of the Governance Institute team and specialises in working with organisations to enable their purpose and strategy from a framework of governance and values.
My work covers a broad range of large complex cases both in the UK and internationally and have led on a number of change programmes. My work often involves providing governance and control environment diagnostic and design work and managing implementation focused on enabling strategy/target operating models.
I was involved in the development of Grant Thornton’s governance benchmarking data which provides unique insights to corporates and investors alike into reputation management and the quality of external reporting. I have worked across multiple sectors from retail and consumer, oil and gas, leisure, recruitment and public sector and have also worked on a number of Monitoring Trustee assignments focused on managing independence and conflict of interest issues.
