Having worked for our firm for over 14 years, from qualification to management, I lead our private team in the South specialising in supporting ultra-high net worth individuals in all areas of tax affecting them and their businesses. I also have a specialisation in transactions tax having spent half my career working on many different deals, including some in excess of £100 million.
With a strong commercial and holistic approach, I look through the individual shareholders’ perspectives, as well as the corporate perspective to see how various actions affect all parties. I have worked with corporates, trusts and individuals on a range of projects including MBOs, sales of businesses, private equity transactions and complex reorganisations.
I have two young daughters who keep me occupied when I’m not working and enjoy playing badminton as part of my badminton club.
