I specialise in providing both company and shareholders tax advice to a wide range of clients from privately held business to listed companies.

My primary focus is advising on tax issues facing business at key milestones such as restructuring, exit planning, expanding into new territories and raising new finance.

I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Away from the office, I can be found running around after my one year old son who has just learnt to walk.
