I am a partner in Value Creation Advisory, where I focus on two areas: Helping client teams to develop and deliver complex business transformations, and delivering rapid operational turnarounds where businesses are facing financial distress. I have over 25 years of experience and have worked extensively with private equity owned businesses in sectors ranging from industrials and business services to retail and consumer.
I am passionate about helping management teams to deliver rapid and sustained change to their businesses. My approach is informed by my experience as an executive leading private equity owned businesses, as a PE operations advisor and as a Chief Transformation Officer. I believe in doing work with, not to, my clients and ensuring that plans are developed and owned by the people who will live with them. My early career was spent in Engineering, however I am happy working across all industries and enjoy learning from my clients.
Away from work, I’m married with two daughters. I enjoy walking our Labrador in the countryside with my wife (and rarely our daughters) and spending time in the garage working on my 1962 Mini and anything else old and mechanical I can find.
