I have over 30 years of experience working in practice. Having initially trained and qualified in audit, I developed my interest in tax, working across all areas before specialising in employment tax. Throughout my career I've been interested in risk management and how the implementation of effective tax risk management frameworks can provide significant benefits for businesses. Tax risk management is now my full-time focus, working with a talented team with expertise gained from working in practice, industry and HMRC.
I enjoy working with a wide range of businesses who are at different stages of maturity in respect of tax risk. I love getting to know each business and understanding what's important to them, before working together to develop effective and efficient tax risk management solutions.
When not at work or supporting my teenage daughter’s social life, I enjoy walking with my dog in the Shropshire countryside. I adore music and enjoy going to gigs to discover new bands whenever possible.
