As the International Business Centre Director for the UK, I lead our firm’s efforts to connect clients with the right expertise, insights and relationships across our global network. Working closely with colleagues in more than 150 markets, I specialise in facilitating cross-border collaboration and ensuring that businesses receive seamless, culturally fluent support wherever their ambitions take them.
In my role as Chairperson of the Global International Business Centre (IBC) Steering Committee, I help shape and guide the strategic direction of our worldwide IBC community—more than 140 senior professionals dedicated to supporting internationally active clients with coordinated, relationship‑led service.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with international clients - from my early years in audit, through eight years as a nominated adviser to companies listed on the AIM market, and across senior leadership roles supporting global business expansion. My career has also taken me to live and work in Australia and Hong Kong, experiences that have strengthened my belief in the importance of cultural fluency when doing business internationally.
Our UK-based International Business Centre acts as a single point of contact for businesses looking to expand into or from the UK. We provide access to target markets, help navigate local regulatory and cultural environments, and bring together the right specialists to deliver tailored solutions to complex international challenges. Central to our approach is building trusted, personal relationships and delivering high‑quality support rooted in local insight and global capability.
As a former business owner, I understand first-hand the priorities and pressures that leadership teams face, and this insight informs the way I support clients as they pursue growth across borders. What motivates me every day is helping organisations unlock new opportunities, build enduring international relationships, and move confidently through their global journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and our extended family, especially travelling and exploring the beautiful countryside and coastline where we live.
