I have a breadth of experience in financial control and finance transformation roles across a number of multi-national FTSE businesses, and have hands-on experience of change, which I am now using in our finance consulting team to support CFOs to optimise their finance function's performance.
I help clients clarify and set their vision for finance within the wider organisation. This can be done through our CFO Room or a Vision Workshop, which allow us to provide challenge and alternative insight into what the finance function can offer.
I also support clients who are already part-way through their change journey, by helping them with:
process mapping and improvements
improving the speed of a month-end close
specification and selection of key finance systems
design of risk and control matrices
