I have over a decade of experience leading and delivering cyber security and managed security services for corporate and small to medium enterprises. I focus on building and operating effective security technology and operations that protect organisations from real-world threats.
My day-to-day work centres on cyber transformation, managed detection and response (MDR), and security operations centre (SOC) services, with a strong focus on professional services and retail. What sets me apart is my commitment to solving the actual problem, not just deploying or selling tools, for example I led an engagement that reduced the total cost of security tools and operations by over 50%, on another I identified, and stopped, a ransomware attack before execution, preventing widespread impact across eight end customers.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kids, especially visiting theme parks, experimenting with BBQs and good food, and keeping up with all things tech. I’m naturally curious and enjoy understanding how things work, whether that’s security platforms, new gadgets, or the perfect way to cook a steak outside!
