I am a Partner in our forensic and investigation services practice, with a career in forensic accounting spanning nearly two decades. I bring deep expertise and hard-won experience to some of the most complex commercial disputes handled in the UK and internationally.

I specialise in commercial litigation, arbitration and expert determinations, with a particular focus on company and business valuations, joint venture disputes and shareholder claims. My work spans a wide range of sectors, including commodities, intellectual property, renewables, pharmaceuticals, and software and technology, and I have advised on matters across multiple geographies worldwide. Clients and legal teams instruct me where the financial issues are technical, the stakes are high, and clear, robust analysis is essential. Highlights include;

• Acting as an expert for the claimant in an IP dispute regarding the alleged fraudulent misrepresentation of preclinical research resulting in the damage to the value of a drug patent. I gave oral testimony in a High Court (KBD)
• Acting as an expert for the claimants, in a dispute regarding alleged conspiracy and misrepresentations made as part of the sale of a minority shareholding to a UK investment fund. I gave oral testimony in the High Court (KBD) on the impact to the value of the claimants’ shares resulting from the alleged misrepresentations.
• Acting as an expert in a High Court (KBD) matter acting for the Respondent in a shareholder dispute involving the value of shares in a UK film production company.
• Acting as an expert for the claimant to opine on the impact of alleged mismanagement on the value of a renewable energy company in West Africa.
