I’m an accomplished programme manager with 20+ years of experience delivering projects and programmes for the public and private sectors. I work in our business consulting practice, leading a mix of client and internal projects.

I’m an accredited Project Manager (PMQ) with full project lifecycle management experience. I excel at bringing together project teams and ensuring that everyone has a shared vision, with the discipline to follow up on the detail. I’ve managed complex programmes with budgets over £30million, spanning multiple suppliers and workstreams. 

I specialise in implementing digital business solutions for example Grant Thornton's IR35 assessment platform (the Employment Status Intelligence Platform), Inclusion Insights and Oracle ERP.

I strike a healthy work-life balance and work four days per week. Outside of work, I enjoy ceramics (@freedompots), bread making and music.
