I joined Grant Thornton in June 2026 and have over 20 years' experience helping finance functions modernise how they close, plan and report. Before joining Grant Thornton, I led Deloitte's finance transformation and digital adoption practice in the UK, and before that ran Deloitte Australia's Accounting Operations Assurance business, working with clients from ASX50 companies to large private businesses. I built and scaled Deloitte's alliances with BlackLine and SAP Concur into multi-million-pound offerings, and have led Record to Report and Purchase to Pay transformation programmes for a number of FTSE-listed organisations. This has allowed me to develop a combination of technical delivery experience and commercial alliance-building at scale.
At Grant Thornton, I lead our work helping mid-market and PE-backed finance teams cut through manual, Excel-based close and planning processes and adoption of cloud-native Financial Close Automation and Enterprise Performance Management tools. I have built GT's technology alliance ecosystem in this space including FloQast, OneStream, Tagetik and Prophix. I also advise CFOs on selecting and implementing the right platforms for their business, without the cost or disruption of a full ERP replacement. My focus is squarely on turning finance automation from a back-office project into a source of faster, more reliable boardroom insight.
I’m married with two teenage boys and enjoy trying to stay active and watching / playing sport in my free time. While overseas in Australia I was a volunteer surf lifeguard on Marboura Beach but nowadays the extent of my fitness regime is a couple of games of golf and Padel during the week and walking the dog with the family.
