I am a partner in our recovery and reorganisation practice specialising in cross border insolvency and asset recovery. I have worked in restructuring and recovery for 15 years, with over 10 years’ experience in offshore jurisdictions including the Cayman Islands, BVI, Bahamas and the Channel Islands. I have led cases with assets and litigation spanning the Caribbean, Europe, Russia, Ukraine, CIS/CEE, the USA and Canada.

I have particular expertise in dealing with offshore held private equity fund structures that are subject to dispute and complex litigation. Such roles typically involve restructuring of portfolio companies as well as devising complex asset protection, recovery and exit strategies.

I regularly assist individuals and corporates to navigate through some of their most distressed and contentious situations.
