As a transfer pricing advisor, I support multinational groups in designing, assessing, and defending their intercompany pricing arrangements. My work focuses on evaluating the financial and functional profile of each entity within the group, analysing how transactions should be priced in line with OECD and local regulations, and considering the impact of business changes such as restructurings, new operating models, or acquisitions on the arm’s length nature of those arrangements.

I have experience across the full spectrum of transfer pricing advisory services, with a particular focus on operating model design, implementation and refinement. This includes helping groups develop coherent, commercially grounded transfer pricing frameworks that align with their value drivers, governance structures and strategic objectives, whether in the context of business restructurings, M&A activity, or broader transformation programmes. My work spans a wide range of sectors and business sizes, from high growth scale ups to complex multinational groups. I also have experience supporting clients through HMRC and cross border transfer pricing enquiries, particularly where operating model changes are under scrutiny.

My approach is client driven, pragmatic, and focused on delivering genuinely value adding advice, whether this involves supporting a global group in implementing a new cross jurisdictional operating model, or assisting a UK focused business in developing practical and defensible arrangements that reflect the realities of their operations.
