I'm a technology risk and IT-internal audit professional, with over 17 years’ experience in assessing organisation’s technology controls, processes, and governance arrangements – advising on how these can be enhanced.
I work with clients across a wide range of sectors, including FTSE 100 and 250-listed entities, UK national defence agencies, and large and global charities. I have worked with a wide range of organisations, from start-ups and newly-listed entities to large and complex international organisations, including acting as the Head of IT Audit for a FTSE 100 business.
On a day-to-day basis I advise organisations on how to enhance their technology risk and governance arrangements, develop their technology internal audit plans, and obtain assurance over their IT controls. Areas I'm familiar with include cyber security, information security and data privacy, cloud, digital risk, end-user computing, IT disaster recovery, and resilience, social media, IT transformations, IT strategy, and database & server management.
Outside of work I'm married and am enjoying being a father to two small children. I'm also actively involved in my local church.
