I work with mid-size and large international groups, both expanding into the UK and growing overseas, on their corporate tax compliance, reporting and advisory needs. Much of my time is spent with Heads of Tax and Finance Directors, helping them work through the tax implications of transactions, restructuring, financing and more complex international structures.
As part of my role, I work closely with colleagues across the wider business, including other areas of tax such as indirect tax, employment taxes, and other specialist advisory teams in the UK and overseas. This ensures that client risks are properly managed and opportunities are identified early.
When I’m not working, I’m usually trying my hand at something crafty with the kids, walking the dog or in the garden.
