I joined the firm as a real estate tax partner in 2026, bringing over 20 years’ experience advising private equity and real estate investors on complex transactions, fund structuring and cross-border investments.
My career began at Deloitte, where I worked across audit and transaction tax before moving into senior leadership roles. Most recently I worked as European Tax Director at Starwood Capital Group and Global Tax Director at Apax Partners. In these roles, I’ve worked across the full investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, refinancings, fund formation, restructurings and exits, with particular expertise in European real estate private equity.
I’ve led the structuring of numerous high-profile transactions, including REIT take-privates, debt financings and multi-jurisdictional investment platforms. A Fellow of the ICAEW and prize winner in professional examinations, I am recognised for my commercial judgement, collaborative leadership style and ability to develop practical solutions to complex problems.
When I’m not working you can usually find me in Ibiza where I enjoy dancing, running, hiking, swimming and kayaking.
