Daniel Baker

Daniel leads the Healthcare Infrastructure practice at Grant Thornton, having decades of experience on both the customer and provider side of NHS practice and change. His proven track record of delivering transformation combined with strong leadership presence, enables the delivery of high impact change in challenging and demanding environments

Daniel has a deep experience of the healthcare sector, built on 17 years working within the industry for NHS Trusts as well as consulting. He has experience delivering change in all aspects of the healthcare panacea – from clinical and operational through to corporate and digital and now into construction and build – he has led teams and worked with clients and stakeholders from CEOs to Clinical Directors, from Executive Leaders through to ICB and regional teams, in the pursuit of creating meaningful change and delivering quantifiable benefits to the system.
