I lead our valuation and modelling team’s valuation advice and fairness opinion offering. We offer support to company boards, CROs, independent directors, financial advisers, security trustees and other stakeholders with specialist restructuring advice.
I also lead our global team of valuation specialists, working with our restructuring experts, delivering restructuring valuation and fairness opinions across Europe. Having been the global valuation service line support manager for a number of years I have an extensive network of contacts within our international advisory offering.
I have more than 20 years of corporate finance and valuation experience covering acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs and valuations, and worked with the automotive team for a number of years gaining specialist automotive advisory experience.
I have extensive experience of valuations of shares, businesses, goodwill and other intangible assets for a variety of purposes including fairness opinions, shareholder disputes, commercial transactions, restructuring and reorganisations, regulatory and accounting and tax covering businesses both in the UK and internationally.
