Charles Cusworth

I work in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications corporate finance team, leading on transactions and providing strategic advice for clients on selling their business, acquisitions, investments and fundraising. 

Having joined the firm in 2015 working in financial services audit, where I gained my ACA qualification, I moved into the London corporate finance team in 2019. 

On a day-to-day basis, I work closely with entrepreneurs, corporates and investors to advise them on buying, selling or raising investment for their business. 

I’ve been involved in and led numerous transactions across the TMT sector during my time within a range of sub-sectors and verticals, whether that be in proptech, hospitality and retail tech, media services, data and AI, or technology services, amongst others. 

Outside of work, I spend much of my time around sports like rugby, football, golf or skiing, with a particular aptitude for watching them rather than finessing my own abilities.
