I advise and assist change leaders throughout their transformation journey. Using my industry and consulting experience, doing similar roles, I’m able to roll up my sleeves and help. I work as part of the wider Transformation Consulting team. We assist clients in attaining tangible and sustainable outcomes by jointly: clarifying, enabling, and accomplishing change rapidly.
I have over 15 years of project and change experience across industry and professional services. I particularly enjoy helping organisations with Operating Model Design, Business Improvement, Programme & Change Management, and PMO. Being ‘client side’ for many years means I don’t just know what good looks like, but also the challenges of putting it in place when ‘business as usual’ dominates. As such I look to help set the right foundations for transformations of any scale through collaboration.
I’ve been fortunate to work across numerous sectors, including Industrials & Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, and Automotive. My belief is that transformation is about helping people change and that is sector agnostic. Whichever sector our client is in, our priority is to listen and gain real-world insights into their issues and then provide the right solution for achieving business goals.
Outside of work I unwind by keeping fit, enjoying the rural landscape of the Pennines and above all spending time with my wife and two daughters.
