I lead our tax offering in the Alternative Investment Funds space, across all asset classes including private equity, venture capital, private credit, hedge funds, real estate and infrastructure and have advised clients in the asset and wealth management sector for over 13 years.
I specialise in advising asset managers on tax compliance and advisory matters both in the UK and internationally across the entire investment lifecycle; including fund structuring, structuring carried interest arrangements, structuring the investment and divestment of assets, GP-related matters and ongoing tax compliance and investor reporting. Adding value and developing long-lasting relationships based on a deep understanding of my clients’ investment strategies and goals are my primary aims.
I have a diverse mix of clients from start-up fund managers to large and mid-market global, pan European, UK and emerging market fund managers.
Outside of work, I like to keep active, love to travel, have a passion for music and trying new foods!
