A Partner in Grant Thornton UK’s Business Risk Services practice, I focus on Banking and Capital Markets. I work with leading financial services organisations, supporting them on both assurance and advisory work in risk and control functions.
I’ve spent most of my career in a Big 4 firm as an advisor and assurance provider and have also spent time in industry working for a leading US investment bank in a global audit role.
I’ve worked across the 3 LoD, helping leading investment and retail banks build robust control environments, working on large-scale regulatory remediation programmes helping banks navigate consent orders both from audit readiness and audit closure.
I also have extensive experience in COO teams of internal audit functions, helping design target operating models, audit technology implementation and have a particular interest in audit workforce of the future.
I bring a blend of industry and consulting experience to really understand the challenges clients face and provide industry insight as a strategic and trusted advisor.
My primary focus is supporting clients with internal audit execution both through co-source and advisory services and helping provide assurance services to clients on key risk areas.
Outside of work, I am a keen marathon runner, having completed three of the world major marathons.
