As Head of Sales & Business Development within the Talent Solutions team at Grant Thornton UK LLP, I lead a high-performing team of Business Development Managers who specialise in skills development advisory. Our work focuses on helping clients navigate their talent and skills agenda, with particular expertise in optimising the use of the Growth & Skills Levy (formerly the Apprenticeship Levy).
We have developed a suite of innovative programmes in collaboration with leading training providers and business schools, supporting clients across a range of sectors. Our team also delivers commercial people advisory services, including HR optimisation, coaching consultancy, and learning and development strategies.
With over 20 years of commercial B2B sales experience, I have led multiple successful teams within the training and skills sector. I am a passionate advocate for the role of apprenticeships in enhancing employee engagement, improving retention, and driving social mobility. My approach is grounded in building long-term, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor to support their evolving workforce needs.
Core Expertise:
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling with my wife and three children, exploring new cultures and cuisines. With Moroccan heritage, I take pride in sharing traditional recipes with friends and colleagues. I’m also a lifelong football enthusiast and still enjoy playing regularly.
