I am a Partner at Fairgrove, a Grant Thornton UK company, where I advise private equity investors and management teams on commercial due diligence, growth strategy and value creation. I joined Fairgrove in 2019, having begun my career at Deloitte.
I principally work in technology and business services, with a particular focus on professional services, tech-enabled services and cyber security.
My work focuses on understanding what really drives a business’s performance and identifying opportunities for future growth. This typically involves a combination of customer insight, market research, financial and competitor analysis and stakeholder interviews. I enjoy combining rigorous analysis with a practical commercial perspective, working closely with investors and management teams to challenge assumptions and get to clear, evidence-based answers.
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my young family and being outdoors, ideally somewhere remote with our dog. I’m equally happy exploring a city with plenty of history and interesting architecture. I’m also a keen cook, so a good weekend usually combines plenty of time outside with something worth eating at the end of it.
