Grant Thornton UK today announces the promotion of four new equity partners, reinforcing its leadership across high-growth, high-impact areas of the business. These promotions mark another step in Grant Thornton UK’s plan to significantly grow its partnership over the next two years, backed by continued investment in senior leadership and firm-wide capability. In 2026 so far, the firm has recruited 40 equity partners towards its target of 160 by the end of 2027.
The May appointments sharpen Grant Thornton’s strength across Forensic and Investigation Services, Asset Recovery, Indirect Tax and Public Sector Consulting, areas where demand is accelerating and clients are navigating increasing complexity.
Each new equity partner combines technical depth with real-world delivery experience, helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence. Their promotion is also a clear signal of the firm’s strong and growing talent pipeline. All Grant Thornton partners join on an equity basis unless they choose a salaried route.
