Grant Thornton has been named Consultancy Firm of the Decade at the India Global Forum (IGF) UK-India Awards 2026, held during IGF London 2026. The award recognises sustained excellence in supporting businesses operating across the UK-India corridor over the past ten years.
Now in its tenth year, the UK-India Awards celebrate individuals and organisations that have made an outstanding contribution to one of the world's most significant bilateral partnerships. Grant Thornton was recognised for its long-standing commitment to clients on both sides of the corridor, the quality of its cross-border advisory work, and a consistent record of thought leadership on the economic and cultural ties that bind the two nations.
The firm's South Asia Business Group (SABG), led by Corporate Finance Partner Anuj Chande OBE, has been at the centre of that work for more than three decades. The group draws on expertise and collaboration from both the UK firm and the India Firm (Grant Thornton Bharat) to support businesses with interests spanning the UK and South Asia.
Anuj Chande OBE, Partner and Head of South Asia Business Group at Grant Thornton, said:
"This award recognises the deep and lasting investment that Grant Thornton has made in the India-UK corridor, building the kind of relationships and cultural understanding that genuinely make a difference to clients. Our South Asia Business Group has been supporting the UK-India corridor for over 30 years and I'm enormously proud of the team, their commitment to clients and to both nations has never wavered."
The recognition adds to a strong record at the IGF UK-India Awards. Grant Thornton UK previously won Consultancy Firm of the Year in 2022 and 2024.
IGF London 2026 brought together senior business, government and investment leaders to explore the UK and India as a Capital, Innovation and Investment Corridor.
