Estu has achieved the most Strong Ofsted ratings ever recorded for an independent learning provider in England under the renewed inspection framework, as Grant Thornton UK's specialist training partner for its Centre for Innovation & Change.
Leading business and financial advisor Grant Thornton today welcomes the news, with Estu awarded seven Strong-standard judgements out of eight graded areas by Ofsted, alongside a rating of "Expected" in the eighth and safeguarding confirmed as met.
Grant Thornton’s Centre for Innovation & Change was created to help client organisations build the capability to lead change and transformation. Delivered through Growth and Skills Levy funding, the Centre gives managers and senior leaders practical, work-based routes to develop capability.
Grant Thornton and Estu co-designed the Level 6 Innovation and Change Leadership programme to meet the real challenges our clients face today. It gives managers and senior leaders across client organisations the service design, innovation and change capabilities needed to lead transformation within their own businesses.
Ruth Walsh, Talent Solutions Partner at Grant Thornton UK, commented:
"This is a brilliant achievement, and one that reflects the calibre we saw in Estu from the outset. It's precisely this quality that led us to build the Centre for Innovation & Change in partnership with them. Independent recognition gives our clients further confidence that the capability we're helping them build is grounded in genuine excellence."
Simon Littlewood, Estu Chief Executive, added:
“This result gives employers, learners and our partners powerful independent assurance about the impact of the approach we bring to skills development. Our programmes with Grant Thornton are designed around organisational priorities and practical application at work, meaning tangible benefits for both learners and the businesses they represent.”
Grant Thornton continues to expand the Centre of Innovation & Change working with organisations across all sectors, including financial services, higher education, media and the public sector.
