Our ESG framework enables responsible, sustainable, and ethical operations. We prioritise the environment, our broader societal impact, and our firm's governance to protect the planet, foster inclusivity and wellbeing, support our communities, and bolster our firm's resilience.

We informed our ESG strategy by identifying the areas most important to our people and to our business.

We’re committed to minimising our environmental impact and achieving Net Zero, taking action to address our carbon footprint and we have set SBTi-validated targets as follows:

Engage and educate

We prioritise supporting our employees with reducing their carbon impact, promoting sustainable practices, and raising awareness about single-use plastics and travel choices. We’ve added environmental considerations into both our travel policy and our sustainable property guidelines for all office moves.

Data and reporting

To ensure accurate reporting and data management, we’ve established robust processes and a greenhouse gas emissions dashboard to monitor our performance annually.

Governance

Our strategic leadership team (SLT) oversees our environmental governance, monitors progress, and reviews climate-related risks and opportunities. Our partnership governance board holds the SLT accountable for ESG metrics and targets, including climate-related ones. And our risk and audit committee oversees climate-related risks and activities under the environmental strategy. 

Community Impact

Our aim is to support underprivileged people in society find work opportunity and to lead sustainable and healthy lives, we will do this by:

  • Supporting local communities through volunteering and fundraising
  • Addressing social disadvantage through strategic charity partnerships and expertise
  • Improving educational opportunities for people with fewer resources
  • Developing work experience and employment opportunities for underprivileged talent
