Training within audit, I joined the firm in 2002, and gained experience of working with a variety of clients across a broad range of sectors. I joined the corporate finance team in 2006 and with over 18 years’ experience, I am responsible for leading the transaction advisory services team in Scotland.
I have significant experience of leading due diligence engagements across multiple sectors, reporting to corporates, banks, private equity and management teams. I have advised clients with both domestic and international operations, supporting with buyside financial due diligence, vendor due diligence, vendor assist and Reporting Accountant services for initial public offerings (IPOs).
I have a wide range of experience across various industries and sectors. I have a particular interest and significant experience in the food and drink sector, property management services sector, energy sector and working with our clients on international assignments. I am passionate about our clients and delivering excellent client service.
In my other key role as a mum, my life outside work revolves around having lots of fun with my young family. I have a real passion for travelling and have visited over 40 countries. When I get the chance for some downtime, I enjoy socialising with friends, keeping fit and keeping up my yoga practice.
