Amy Hothi

I lead a team of professionally-qualified project managers to deliver global compliance reporting and advisory support for a large portfolio of growing international clients. I specialise in business processes, IT, and financial operations in B2B organisations across the mid-market. I've been successful in very demanding environments where I've used my communication, team working, and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

I have 10 years experience across a range of compliance and advisory services, and 20 years in project management; working across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver process improvement. I have established and led UK and offshore compliance centres as part of developing and expanding our Global Compliance offering. I also serve as an active member of Grant Thornton International’s Global Compliance Steering Committee and Outsourcing Working Groups. These roles, combined with my strong global network, enable me to drive growth, strengthen collaboration, and continually enhance our global compliance offering.

I'm passionate about travelling, food, and learning about different cultures around the world and love that I work with so many colleagues in other member firms of Grant Thornton's international network. I enjoy theatre, movies, and music, and jump at the opportunity to try something new with my family.
