If you are looking to work on an exciting range of projects, then this could be the team for you.

For internal employees who are interested in exploring this role we are happy to consider the option of a 12+ month secondment or a permanent opportunity.  We understand you may want to have an exploratory conversation in the 1st instance to understand more about the team and role. Please reach out to Sam Harrison or the recruiter who will happy to have an initial conversation.

If you enjoy working on a wide-reaching range of projects that will help businesses and communities flourish, you’ll fit right in.

This includes:

  • Building long term relationships with clients and targets by holding periodic calls with them from introduction through to engagement completions
  • Driving a pipeline of opportunities through your own internal and external network
  • Working with the rest of the CFO solutions team to deliver our growth strategy by getting involved in our growth initiative working groups and actively targeting entities on our focus list
  • Engaging with internal BD initiatives such as joining sector specific calls with members from other Grant Thornton teams and participating in other internal events/calls to raise the profile of CFO solutions.
  • Regular client check-ins to check how our secondees are performing and to develop the client relationship, enabling you to spot any possible further opportunities for CFO solutions or other Grant Thornton teams
  • Secondee check-ins to check on their workload & wellbeing, help with any issues and follow up
  • Managing additional resource for ongoing client engagements should they require it
  • Ensuring revenue and costs forecasts are always up to date
  • Providing regular delivery updates to the rest of the Clients & Markets team
  • Reviewing resource options and discussing the role with candidates to identify who would be the best fit
