Following a period of significant growth, the Founder, Nigel English, and current investor, RJD partners, chose to explore a sale of the business to enable further expansion of its offering and an accelerated growth plan.

Recognising Grant Thornton’s deep education and travel sector experience, we were appointed to run a competitive auction process. 

We invested significant time in our understanding of the business, tailoring a bespoke sales process designed around the key trading months, enabling buyers to visit and experience the magic of Voyagers dedicated French centres.

This drove competitive tension with interested parties drawn from institutional investors, educational enrichment and the travel industries.
