In a short marketing exercise, Grant Thronton negotiated an attractive deal with Biffa to acquire the trade and assets of Sackers’s waste business.

Grant Thornton’s sector expertise garnered interest and competitive tension among potential suitors, providing a strong valuation for the shareholders.
