Iris Insurance Brokers is a diversified, specialty insurance distribution platform operating through three core segments: Iris, a Lloyd’s wholesale brokerage specialising in binders, facilities, and reinsurance solutions for brokers, insurers, MGAs, and Lloyd’s Coverholders worldwide, Blink Intermediary Solutions, which offers bespoke distribution services and unique insurance products to most of the active retail brokers in the UK, and Vivid Underwriters, an MGA and team hire incubation platform.

ANV Group Holdings Ltd. is an independent global insurance intermediary platform operating across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. The Group brings together a portfolio of established specialist MGAs, offering a diversified suite of insurance products. 

This acquisition will further strengthen ANV’s UK distribution capabilities and provide a strategic platform to launch new UK MGAs, expand specialist teams, and deepen access to the Lloyd’s market across a broad range of products. 

Throughout the transaction, we worked closely with Iris and its shareholder to provide hands‑on guidance at every stage, helping them navigate key decisions. We supported the client with clear valuation insight, practical advice on structuring and terms, and coordination across workstreams to keep the process moving smoothly.

Our proactive approach ensured the client was fully informed, well‑positioned, and able to secure an outcome aligned with their strategic objectives. After ANV was granted exclusivity, we led the transaction through to completion, and delivered an excellent result for the Iris business and its shareholder.
