Having established itself at the forefront of regulatory change in a sector with increasingly mandated upskilling requirements, 3B was primed for scaling as part of a larger group.
With a workforce of over 14,000 contractors and a presence in more than 60 locations worldwide, the acquisition marks a significant step in Morson’s strategic expansion of their training capability. Underpinned by significant cross sell potential through complementary focusses across core end sectors of rail, power, utilities and construction.
