I work on corporate finance and strategic M&A advisory focussed on the Thames Valley and mid-market with a strong focus on the fast moving and dynamic TMT space.
I have significant corporate finance experience, with a focus on helping clients sell their businesses or make acquisitions, and have held senior M&A roles within financial services and investment banking, and was previously head of technology and media M&A at another large accountancy firm.
Over the years, I have successfully completed over 50 transactions and have specialist expertise across the technology spectrum, particularly within the software and IT services arena.
With a keen interest in all things tech, I have in-depth understanding of M&A technical issues, particularly those in relation to tech or tech-enabled businesses, as well as holding close relationships with international strategic consolidators and private equity.
Outside of work, I enjoy rugby (watching nowadays), swimming and long hikes.
