My work includes acquisition finance, debt raisings and refinancings as the lead advisor. I have raised new money facilities from incumbent lenders and special situations lenders in distressed scenarios and my work includes providing IBRs, pre-lend reviews, due diligence, valuation, strategic options analyses and contingency planning.
I have worked with a range of companies and financial sponsors across the world, and different creditors including bank lenders, non-bank lenders, hedge funds, special sits investors, pension funds, insurers, governments and providers of guarantee and surety instruments.
I have worked on several transactions involving CLBIL, CBIL and other government schemes and my work is across a broad range of sectors.
