As an associate director within the restructuring and debt advisory team, I bring expertise in advising businesses on capital restructuring, fundraising, and refinancing strategies. My skill set includes a range of critical competencies, such as conducting independent business reviews, pre-lender reviews, financial modelling, valuation, fairness opinion, and contingency planning.
For more than 10 years I've specialised in serving corporates with annual revenues ranging from £50 million to £100 billion, as well as financial institutions. I have a diverse portfolio of clients, but my primary focus is providing tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, whether it involves analysing financial statements or evaluating debt structures.
I have a background in securities, having worked in the equity research division at Espirito Santo in London. During my time there, I had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from Africa and South America, gaining valuable experience in research analysis and value investing.
Outside of work, I'm passionate about sport, including football, tennis, and sailing. I also enjoy all forms of music and reading a variety of books to expand my knowledge and understanding of the world.
