I use my expertise in learning and development to lead on talent solutions in business support services and banking, helping clients to drive business performance through their people and skills strategy. I have extensive experience in the skills agenda across both the public and private sectors.
I work closely with our clients to help them get the right skills they need in their business by aligning their skills strategy with market-leading apprenticeships. The focus of my most recent work is directly linked to the apprenticeship levy – working continuously to change the perception in the market, from it being an additional payroll tax to an opportunity to develop a workforce for the future.
We offer a range of programmes delivering world-class development in leadership and management, accountancy and coaching, and data skills. Current partners include Cranfield University, Activate Business School, BPP, and Babington.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family: my role as “Dad’s Taxi” takes up a lot of it (!), and I occasionally get to indulge my passions for countryside walks, sailing, and watch collecting.
