I am a director in the business consulting practice within our financial services group and lead on digital transformation for financial services with a personal focus on the capital markets.
I have significant experience in the design and implementation of business systems, from a process and technology architecture perspective and in advising financial services firms on a variety of strategic issues, including designing and implementing technology solutions, operating models, IT due diligence and business case development. I have worked across the front, middle and back offices in the capital markets, for investment banks, insurers and asset managers. I also have experience in many of the leading industry applications and in managing development teams.
Over my career I have worked on several significant initiatives involving complex industry consortiums and highly transformational projects such as divestures, new offering development and risk reporting solutions for Basel III and Solvency II that often include innovative uses of technology such as cloud and distributed ledger.
Prior to joining the firm, I worked at another large professional services firm as a consultant and before that for a leading fund manager as assistant to the chief operating officer where I was responsible for implementing their straight-through processing systems in both London and New York.
